Topsfield Real Estate Company Pays $3.5m For Franklin Street Property In Lynn

A Topsfield real estate company has paid $3.5 million for an apartment building on Franklin Street, according to the South Essex Registry of Deeds.

The deal on the 24-unit property built in 1928 at 24-30 Franklin St. closed on Monday. The sale also included a 118-year-old Colonial that features 1,714 square feet of living space at the same address.

Jask Franklin LLC, an entity managed by Joseph Donato, bought the properties from 24-30 Franklin Street LLC, a Malden real estate company managed by Andreas A. Tsitos.

The apartment building last sold in 2015 for $1.8 million while the Colonial featched $250,000 that same year.
